Micro DIY Garden Wedding with lots of Sunflowers, Love and Burgers

Well, getting married in times of a global pandemic is not the easiest thing to do. But then again, this also means it’s time to get creative!

The civil wedding of Marisa + Jonas was the first one I captured without being present during the actual ceremony – Thanks again, C! But to my surprise, that didn’t even bother me. This way I got to witness all the little preparations outside the city hall, for the bridal couple had no idea what was going on:

Lots of their friends and family greeted the newlyweds with sunflowers, beer and floating soap bubbles. It was such a nice suprise!

Afterwards, the party took place in the garden of Jonas’ parents along with a huge tent, delicious burgers and even a paddling pool – perfect! What a lovely way to celebrate the love of these two positive, warm and outgoing lovebirds during times of a pandemic! Thanks so much for having me (and feeding me these awesome burgers, haha)!
