German-Italian Wedding at the Rhine

What could possibly go wrong when a German guy and an Italian girl decide on getting married in the beautiful vineyards near the Rhine on a lovely summer day? Right, nothing! (Except for me having to unexpectedly use the ferry across the Rhine – imagine my facial expression when I found out)

I had the pleasure to be part of this wedding, which was so easy-going and everyone just had a great time. Stella took her time to get ready in their suite and her bridal dress was just unbelievably beautiful – It fitted her like a glove! The guests already headed up the hill to the old church, decorated with candles. Olli was waiting at the altar and when Stella arrived with her grandad from Italy, it was a very special moment (Note that one photo where her grandad is telling Olli to take good care of his granddaughter – so, so percious!).

For the bridal portraits, we chose Castle Reichenstein (on the very shores of the Rhine) and also the vineyards, which were located all around the wedding venue. I hope you’ll enjoy the images!
